Calcium Propionate, CAS# 4075-81-4, is a calcium salt of propanoic acid manufactured through chemical synthesis, available as White granular or powder. Calcium Propionate is widely used as food preservatives. It is widely accepted as safe food preservative in many countries with E number E282.
