Building An Online Business That Matters

by Brian Wallace Affiliate Marketing

There are so many different types of online businesses that you can choose from.

Sometimes it's just getting started that's the hardest part.

So in this post?

I'm going to talk about building the right online business for you.

An Online Business That Matters

I remember there was an expert once advising his students about the type of businesses you want to build.

There was one specific quote that stuck out to me.

He stated:

Are you sure you want to build THAT type of business?

He was referring to one where you had well over 30 employees (and the stress was at a max).

I bring up this point because sometimes people don't realize what they are getting into.

So without further ado...

Here are three specific tips to help you build an online business that matters.

Be Lean And Mean

So what does this mean for you?

You won't have 30+ employees (or maybe many at all).

You won't need to rely on the highly-rising costs of paid advertising.

To many marketers, this is like music for their ears.

In fact, if you speak to many marketers right now?

There's a good chance that they would love to have their current business be like this.

Why is this so beneficial?

     Less stress.

Less overall risk (from investing less).

And the majority of your investing will be from tools after you've already made money.

Heck, you might even go with a tool that has the best pricing you can find.

Yes, there will be some cons when it comes to this approach, like not being to scale as fast...

But more marketers would love to be able to scale in the first place.

Kind of a good problem to have, you know what I mean?

Next up.

Passive Or More Aggressive

When you're first getting started, you probably aren't going to be all that well-known.

So what do you do?

Do you focus on making a passive income?

Or do you focus on going out there and "eating what you kill" so to speak?

Here is the difference in what I am referring to:

Affiliate marketing where you make a passive income each month...

Or go hunting for clients while focusing on getting them results each month.

I've personally done both and I can tell you right now that the passive income path is much more fun.

That's why you need to make these decisions before you get started.

Some people start setting out to get clients and then realize it's a fast-track to getting burnt out.

However.

Plan ahead and you'll be on track to building the type of online business that matters most to you.

I Am Certainly Not Your Guru

In case you haven't figured it out yet, there are two BIG ways of making money online:

Doing something and then of course...

     Teaching something.

The best-case scenario is going to be doing something, and then you can teach it also to help with revenue.

But what is going to be best for you?

Do you want to be a guru who attracts an audience to sell your information?

Or would you rather lay-low and just do what makes you money (example affiliate marketing).

The term down below is funny:

Rich and famous.

It used to be very popular but over time it seems that it's changed to something else:

Rich and anonymous.

The choice you make is going to be up to you.

When All Is Said And Done

Building the type of business that matters the most to you will come with some brainstorming.

Think about the employees' aspect:

Do you want a ton of employees?

Do you want no employees or maybe just outsource a few mundane tasks?

Think about how you'll be investing:

Would you rather focus more on free traffic?

Or would you like to roll the dice when it comes to paid traffic?

What about tools?

Will you be investing a bunch of money from the start?

Or will you start with trials and get them as you need them (like this funnel builder).

What about how you make money?

     Do you like affiliate marketing?

Would you rather teach a massive course?

Or maybe you like coaching and would rather get clients?

These are all questions that you will need to answer.

And when you do?

You will be that much closer to building an online business that matters the most for you.

Thank you so much for reading this post, I hope it helped you out.
