Bucharest Opportunities: Real Estate Market: Apartments and Villas

by Alex DoarAlex Founder
Bucharest is the Capital of Romania, also called Little Paris and here are some of the reasons to buy a new home:

1. Unlimited Opportunities: Top Universities are in Bucharest (even if best teachers are in Iasi): marketing, medicine, computer science and many more. There are so many Schools and Universities that even if you don't manage to study at one of the TOP Schools and Universities, there are so many alternatives that you can choose and study what you are interested.

2. Huge career opportunities: There are a lot of jobs you can get. In general, Romania is not a racist Country, most of arguments are between specific regions of the country so it will never be a problem if you are a foreigner.

3. Bucharest specific architecture: Bucharest is a city build in 1459 by Vlad Tepes (not related with Dracula) and in 1862 is the Capital of Principatele Unite (future Romania). So the architecture is based on historic buildings and new residential buildings (more than 130 new residential buildings)

4. Air Quality: Depending on the location, you can find properties that are near natural parks. Most  famous natural parks are: Parcul Herăstrău, Parcul Moghioroş, Parcul Tineretului, Parcul Cişmigiu and Parcul Circului.

5. Bucharest Night Life: You will never get bored, this is why Bucharest is called Little Paris, it is a great place with a lot of opportunities and interesting people.

6. Prices of apartments: For a big picture of the prices, check out this list: Apartamente de vanzare Bucuresti, a list of prices, locations, maps and specific details about each property. feel free to use Google Chrome so you will get the page in automatic English
