Boiler system with fluidized bed for biomass and other solid fuel
fluidized bed boiler systems for biomass represent a technological enhancement of grate boiler systems. The greater flexibility in the use of fuels with regard to their heating values and the lower emission values achievable are clear advantages of the fluidized bed. Biomass fired CFB boiler system has been used in the world industry for a better performance.Fuel:
Wood chips, bark, sawdust, landscape conservation material, biogenous residue, peat waste wood
Performance range:
Steam parameter 5-80 t/h per line, 40-130 bar, 400-520°C
Firing technology:
+ Atmospheric fluidized bed, boiler integrated, with open nozzle tray
+ Feeding by screw conveyor and fuel chute
+ The fluidisation is done with a mixture of combustion air and recirculated flue gas.
+ Secondary air and recirculated flue gas is fed in stages and temperature-controlled into the combustion chamber. The combustion air is heated to the requirements of the fuel.
+ The ignition and auxiliary burners are arranged above the free board
Boiler technology:
+ Natural circulation boiler with temperature optimized combustion chamber, downstream radiation and convection passes for connecting with the convective heating surfaces and economizer pass.
+ The S.H. temperature is controlled by using spray attemporators arranged between the individual superheater
stages.
+ The heating surfaces are cleaned with soot blower and/or a shot ball cleaning system.
Flue Gas treatment:
+ Dry or semi-dry cleaning procedures are used, depending on the fuel and emission regulation. The separation of toxic substances from the exhaust gas is done by absorption.
+ NOx reduction with SNCR process (in the radiation chamber)
What's more, blast furnace gas fired boiler has been developed for energy saving and environment protecting.
