  1. 1 cup rose petals
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. a few tbsp of honey
  4. Optional: cardamom, cinnamon

METHOD

  • Clean the rose petals thoroughly underwater.
  • Dry them properly.
  • In a jar, assemble some rose petals. Top that with a layer of sugar and honey.
  • Repeat the procedure until the jar gets entirely full.
  • Add spices like cardamom or cinnamon. (It’s optional)
  • Cover the jar with a lid.
  • Keep it in sunlight for about a week.
  • Now refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Now it’s ready to eat
  • This jelly can be kept in the fridge for up to six months.
