BLEPHAROPLASTY AN OVERVIEW

Eyes, one of the most important organs gifted to a human being; they not only help you see. But also eyes help you express; be it joy, sadness, boredom etc. Simply, said the eye enhances the aesthetic look of your face and hence make you look good.

1. PREPARATION: - The surgeon will mark the areas upon your eye to indicate where the incisions will be performed.

2. ANASTHESIA: - Usually, local anesthesia is used around your eyes to make the muscles relaxed and then the surgeon will make you fully anesthetized before the surgery.

3. PROCEDURE: - The procedures applicable will take place. After the completion the surgeon will put lubricating ointments in the eyes.

4. RECOVERY: - After the procedure is done, you will be monitored for the next 02 hours, as you might feel pain, discomfort, nausea or cold. Medications will be provided accordingly. You would have to be patient as it would take some time to recover and also the emotions which you are going through will pass.
