A.  Yes, If a member you enroll cancels prior to the time of the advanced commission, then a charge back will apply for any month(s) difference of the advance paid and cancellation of the membership.  (Note: signing on members that see the value in the membership can cut down on charge backs because if they are only signing up just to make extra money and they don't succeed they usually quit & cancel)

Q.  Do I get free training and Tools?
A.  Yes training is free. Your website is free. The associate that signs you up will send you all of your training materials that you will need to get started with your business. Make sure that you are comfortable with the person that you are signing up under. "Remember it's not personal it's YOUR BUSINESS"

 Q.  Can I switch to someone new if I am not happy with the Independent Associate that signs me up?

A. Unfortunately there is a 90 day waiting period to do so which means that you can't continue to keep your membership & you can't be an Active Associate. You will have to stop and wait it out.  So again, don't feel pressured with signing up with someone that you don't know.  You do have a choice. Use your gut feelings and sign up with someone that you are comfortable with. Again I available. If you run into that problem call and get signed up with me. I never leave my Associates hanging:)
