BITSAT Application Form 217 can be filled at bitsadmission.com. The application form is released every year by Birla Institute of Technology and Science. The students who wish to appear for the examination can fill the application form before the last date. The details entered in the form should be authentic and verifiable. The fee of application form was Rs. 1700 for female candidates and Rs. 2200 for male candidates up till last year. After the application form has been filled by the candidates, they can book the slots. However, it must be made sure by the candidates that they satisfy the eligibility criteria.
Last year the application forms were released by 8th January which is why even this year it is expected that the application forms will be put by Dec/Jan 2017 tentatively by, 25th December 2017.
The students who appear for BITSAT 2017 will get admission in either Pilani campus, Goa campus or Hyderabad campus.
STEPS TO FILL BITSAT APPLICATION FORM 2017-
Step-1: Register online on the official website of BITSAT www.bitsadmission.com by entering the name, gender, date of birth and e-mail ID of the candidates.
Step-2: The candidates are required to enter personal details, class 12th examination details and test center preferences.
Step-3: Pay the application fee using e-challan or online payment gateway.
SOME PRE-REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESSFULLY FILLING BITSAT APPLICATION FORM-
To fill the application form online, a computer with internet connection is needed first.
The details can be filled from anywhere at any given point of time provided the candidate has the required documents in hand.
Some of the documents required at the time of form filling include-
To check the date of birth, class 10th marksheet
To check the spelling of the name and school name, class 12th marksheet
To check the marks of class 12th, class 12th marksheet and certificates
To check if caste certificate will be provided as and when required, category certificate
Some other information such as a valid e-mail ID, mobile number and access to online payment will be required.
CHECK THE STATUS OF BITSAT 2017 APPLICATION FORM-
After the application form is submitted successfully, a unique application number will be generated.
The application number can be found out by the candidates by entering valid details same as the ones entered in the application form including the candidate’s e-mail ID, mobile number and date of birth.
MISTAKE IN BITSAT APPLICATION FORM-
A candidate who finds any discrepancy in the details entered can use the correction window, the dates for which will be announced by January, 2017.
STEPS TO FILL BITSAT APPLICATION FORM 2017-
Visit the official website of BITSAT www.bitsadmission.com wherein all relevant details regarding BITSAT are available.
Click on the online application form page and read instructions regarding entering the details as well as fee payment.
After reading all the instructions, click on allow me to apply online option.
If any detail such as name, date of birth or e-mail ID has been asked before, the response will be compared to the earlier response; the candidate will be redirected to the print out page.
The next page of personal details will appear which will include details such as father’s name, mother’s name, nationality, address, city, pin code, state, phone number and mobile number.
The details for class 12th examination will be asked as well including name of institution, name of examination board, year of appearing/passing and subject to be opted for in part IV of BITSAT.
The candidate will then be supposed to select three test centers of BITSAT in the order of preference. For Dubai center, the first preference needs to be selected.
After the details have all been entered, select the submit button.
Cross-check all the details before submitting the form. If the details entered are correct, click on confirm and submit details.
However, if there are any errors in the form which need to be corrected, click on edit above details.
The next page will contain the 2017 BITSAT APPLICATION FORM application number which needs to be noted for future reference.
