BITSAT 2017 Information
BITSAT 2017 or Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test is an admission test conducted for the admission of the candidates in various engineering courses. It is an online exam and will be conducted by BITS Pilani. The candidates those who want to appear in the exam can go through this article and gather all the latest details related to the same.
BITSAT 2017 Important Dates:
The interested and the eligible candidates can submit their application for the exam till February 2017. After the last date, no form will be accepted under any circumstances. The test centers will be allotted in the month February 207 only. The admit cards for BITSAT 2017 will be available from the month of March 2017. The test will be conducted in the month of May 2017. The admit list or the wait list will be announced in the month of July 2017.
BITSAT 2017 Eligibility Criteria:
In order to be apply for the exam, the candidates must be eligible for it. They must check their eligibility for the exam as the ineligible candidates are not allowed to appear in the exam. The points given below will provide the details for the eligibility conditions that must be fulfilled in order to be eligible for BITSAT 2017:
· The candidates must have completed their class XII from a recognized board.
· The candidates must have scored atleast 75% aggregate marks in their PCM/ B and atleast 60% aggregate in all subjects individually.
· The candidates those who are appearing in class XII in 2016 or those who have appeared in 2015 are eligible for the exam.
· The candidates those who obtain first rank in any central or state level board exam in 2016 will be provided direct admission in the course of their choice.
The application form must be filled only by the eligible candidates. The applications of the ineligible candidates will be rejected. The complete procedure to apply for the exam is provided below:
· First of all, the candidates will have to visit the official website of the University.
· Then they will have to register themselves by providing the mandatory details.
· After registration, the candidates will have to login again and provide the other required details.
· Now pay the application fee for the exam as without it the form will not be considered complete.
NOTE: Once the application process is completed, the candidates are advised to take a copy of their submitted form and the fee receipt as well.
