Best Upgrades to Consider for Your Swimming Pool
My swimming pool has been an integral part of many occasions. From birthday parties to wedding receptions, it has always been a venue of pride and humbleness both. Recently, I decided to upgrade my swimming pool to make it more “eventful”! This would make all our events and the weekly swims memorable.
If you are looking to discover new ways to upgrade your swimming pool, read on and maybe you will be able to understand how best to enhance it so that it leaves all your guests in awe.
· Fiber optics with LED Lights
I wanted my pool to have a visually dynamic effect with colored LEDs and fiber optic cabling, to light up my pool in the evenings. I also wanted my yard to complement the pool and subsequently lead to a peaceful and euphoric environment. A very well-lit pool actually works wonders for your garden landscape.
It also increases the functional use of the pool and yard area for evening parties and romantic late evening dinners. Using this upgrade your pool would be an exclusive one, a myriad of colors in the dark night.
· Collective Finished Pool Plaster
The plaster should be such that it can reflect the colors and the lights, to create exciting visual effects. The plaster can be smooth or bumpy depending upon what one desires. I prefer using smooth and reflective surfaces so that it can reflect off all the colorful lights placed inside the pool.
· Stone Decks
Another useful upgrade is to surround the pool with stone decks for firm footing so that the water around it does not affect ones footing. Stone decks are extremely slip resistant and you can choose from an array of colors.
Also, I live in a warm area so I must choose the kind of stone to place around my pool accordingly. Instead of spending hundreds of dollars on marble using stone is a good option because of its long life and long lasting colors.
· Inline and outer learning railing for beginners
My nephews and nieces are going to visit this year therefore need to upgrade the sides of the pool along the decks with railing to help the new swimmers learn faster. It can also provide support as you hold on to it when you’re reading a book in the pool or just watching over the kids as they have fun (for the lazy ones!).
