Pregnancy is a flurry of emotions from feeling happy to feeling anxious about welcoming a new life in your life. However, during this stage, you might also have to adapt yourself to many of your bodily changes like swelling, cramps and pregnancy discomforts like morning sickness. So, besides including a few exercises in your pregnancy regime, you can eat or drink a few things to keep your morning sickness absolutely under control.  

So, if you’re pregnant, and struggling with morning sickness, take your time and go through this list:  

Ginger Cookies:

They are a rich source of glucose and carbohydrates. In fact, ginger helps in fighting nausea, and cookies help in filling up the calories. Only remember no to go overboard.
Oats Muffins:
