See the heart of a
volcano
Not
everywhere you can walk into the interior of a volcano, but you can do it in
Hawaii. The Thurston Lava Tube, located inside the Hawaii Volcanoes National
Park gives travelers a chance to go inside a subterranean corridor that was
formed when lave bubbled up through this section of the Earth. Later, when it
receded, the chamber was left behind, and now it is a famous attraction for
those who are fascinated by the volcanoes and want to explore the geological
formation.
Climb the summit of the Mauna Kea
Do you know
that the world tallest mountain is not Mt. Everest but actually Mauna Kea of
Hawaii. Well, the Mt. Everest is the highest mountain on earth in terms of
altitude but Mauna kea is actually taller—although most of it sits beneath the
surface of the ocean. This beautiful mountain Kea stands more than 33,000 feet
in height, which is 4000 feet taller than Everest, but just 13,803 feet of the
mountain is actually above sea level. Visitors can climb to the summit of the
mountain, through a six-mile-long trail that begins at a visitor center located
at 9200 feet. Visitors are advised to take precautions as the extreme change in
altitude from sea level to the top of the mountain can affect the body badly.

Surf the waves of North shore
The north
shore of Hawaii is one of the best places on the planet to ride the waves. The
seven miles of beautiful beaches along with massive tubes to ride is like a

30 feet between November and February.
