The excessive beauty of a Ganesha Marble Statue lies in the way
it is sculpted, its smooth and glossy texture, and it's color. This Ganesha statue is sculpted
realistically on a single white marble. He sits here in lalitasana on his royal
rectangular throne, decorated with two red boosters on either side or stylish
legs, which is placed on a thick multicolored pedestal.
Ganesha is the god of every man, his friendly nature and calmness allow all to befriend with him; garbed here in Kesari colored ankle-length dhoti having an artistic red border and elegant golden-colored circular motifs along with a similar motif bright purple colored stole that falls across his shoulders and ends a bit below the throne. Not only the attires, his thick gold necklace, bracelets, anklets, and a complementing royal crown highlight his supremacy and beauty.
Chaturbhuja blesses the devotees of fearlessness by his right hand and the left holds the motichoor laddoo which he cannot resist eating, while rear hands carry the iconic divine implements. The sculptor has put his utmost creativity in beautifying Ganesha’s usual features, as can be seen by the natural-looking intense eyes, red patriarchal trident on the forehead, a descending floral tattooed trunk, and the large flappy ears colored in pink with parallel horizontal motifs. Ganesha’s vahana, mouse, sits on the pedestal carrying a laddoo near his lord’s feet. The soothing and positive view of this portly figure is enhanced by the perfect and charming structure of this statue.
