Ed Danowitz said the company has needed an online presence for some time. The decision to move forward with the new website happened when the law firm found a marketing company that could do what they wanted.

"An attorney's website needs to immediately reflect the professionalism and standards of conduct expected from our profession," said Mr. Danowitz. "It also needs to be a welcoming view because people seeking legal assistance often have an immediate problem to resolve or issue to address. Clients need to see a website that is well done, easy to maneuver and effectively introduces the firm and the scope of the firm's practice."

The primary focus is Chapter 11 reorganization, but the firm also handles:
