At IMT
Hyderabad, 15% of the sessions in the regular courses are conducted by
practitioners from different sectors of business. The Industry centric approach
is reflected in its curriculum, pedagogy and internship programs. The internship extends over a period of 14
weeks which a student undertakes during the intervening period between first
and second year.
The
institute engages with members of the corporate world through several
initiatives and in its continuous efforts to give the students
opportunity to learn from the industry experts, IMT Hyderabad in association with ‘More
Than HR Global’ organised ‘Trailblazers’ - a flagship event of where
inspiring stories of trailblazers are shared. Mumbai based MTHR Global a
leading Knowledge Community is a not-for-profit body which promotes Learning

The 30 acre
lush green campus situated near the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in
Hyderabad offers PGDM program with specialisation in Marketing Management, Human
Resource Management, finance, IT and general. More than 50% students of the
current (2015-17) batch have already been placed with a highest offer of INR
22.5 lacs so far coming from a leading edge technology company. Applications
are now open for 2017-19 batches. To apply for 2 year PGDM program, applicants
must be registered for CAT 2016 / XAT 2017 / CMAT 2017 or have taken the GMAT
(1st January 2013–31 March 2017).
