Warm Mix

The warm mixes are performed in the temperature in the range of 30 to 40 degree centigrade. The less temperature makes the construction faster. As far as strength is concerned it is also highly durable and used for moderate to high traffic roads.

Cool Mix

This is the third type of mix that is used for the Asphalt Road Construction. The aggregate in this case is not heated at all. Multiple compaction generally used for the mixing of the aggregate. The frequent compaction provide the required strength to the road. However, this construction is used for lightly trafficked roads.
