You have tried to build a good reputation in front of your employees and you put your efforts in it. 1.You Do not trust your employees:

It is quite frustrating for the employees when the boss steps into their work and tries to shape it in his own way. In this way the employees are not able to deliver their best and the end product is not up to the expectations.

2.You do not bother about their personal limits:

This simply means that there are many bosses who just call their employees all day long even when they are on leaves or some vacation. It is recommended that when your employees are not in the office then they should not be disturbed because they are on leave because of some personal reason and you cannot interfere in that.

There are bosses who humiliate their employees by bringing their personal reasons in front of everybody. This is something very ridiculous.

3.You do not communiacate well:

4. You do not appreciate:

The biggest drawback of some of the business owners are that they do not appreciate or congratulate their team on any success. In this way their employees also do the owrk for granted as they know that they are not going to get any recognition or reward for good work.
