by Ellie Williams Web Designer

The wait is finally over as the Windows new big update is just around the corner! Yes, you read that right! Terry Meyerson, VP of Microsoft Windows and Device Group, has recently announced at IFA Keynote in Berlin, that the Windows 10 Fall Creators update will begin rolling-out on October 17, 2017. This will be applicable on the compatible PCs only.

In addition to the depreciation of the most loved paint application, the update will also cause the death of the old email application, i.e. Outlook Express. According to the sources, paint won’t official go off, but it will be no longer updated after this release in October 2017. However, some of its exciting features will be moved over to Paint 3D, which is the all new program developed with an intention to make the 3D artwork easier.

Besides leaving some of the applications far behind, the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update will make One Drive better. This will make you select only sync specific files and provide the Windows Ink application, the power to mark up PDFs. There are other more cool features coming in the update. These will include improved Photo application, gaming integration for Xbox and Windows.

The biggest change in the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update is Windows Mixed Reality. Even the major computer makers are already manufacturing headsets that will go perfect with Mixed Reality. For your information, these fabulous handsets won’t need additional cameras and IR sensors placed around the room to work fine.

So, if you are among those who have been waiting for this update so long, optimize your storage and back up all your necessary files!
