Job Description
During Training
- Should undergo 30 days intensive classroom and practical training in Data Conversion/Entry.
- Should participate actively throughout the training.
- Should be punctual and regular throughout the training.
- Should perform well in the tests during training.
- Ensure that all the process steps are followed as per SOP
After Training
- Update the day-to-day production details in E-workflow production entry system after completion of an article/chapter.
- Meet the production targets as per the target set for each process.
- Perform the tasks as per the defined SOPs
- Produce “error-free” output.
- Take input/feedback from senior data conversion operator on every file.
- Identify the ‘bugs’ in the scripts/tools and enter that E-support system.

Education
