Amazon Web Services (AWS) runs two programs, viz. AWS Cloud Credits for Research, and AWS Educate, to enable customers to move their research or teaching endeavors to the cloud. The National Association of State Boards of Accountancy Research (NASBA) Grants give a total of up to $25,000 for one-year research projects.
