Apple to unveil new iPhone on March 21
Earlier today, Apple Inc. held an event at the Town Hal
auditorium at its headquarters. The invites to the event were distributed to
the media with the line “Let us loop you in”, which is exactly what Apple did.
The company revealed that it would be revealing a new phone on March 21st.
Yes, this month a new Apple phone would be unveiled. But hold your horses on
getting those data or content transfer apps; it will not be the iPhone 7.
According SmartIO And more , At the March 21 event, Apple is expected to announce new
entrants to its phone and tablet line. But given the hush-hush promo, it is
easy to conclude that the iPhone 7 would not be on the list. The devices
expected to be announced include an iPhone 6 the size of the iPhone 5 (4
inches), and a smaller version of the iPad Pro. The announcement of a smaller
iPad Pro caught many people by surprise, because many considered the iPad Pro
to be a bigger version of iPad Air. Perhaps Apple thinks it’s a good idea to
have a smaller tablet that supports its Pencil and has four speakers.
Nevertheless, Apple’s tablet line seems to be cannibalizing itself, with one
model overlapping the other in terms of form and features.
According to 9 to 5 Mac, fans can also expect a small software
update to the Apple Watch’s OS, which is still not good enough to excite them.
One can assume that the news Apple fans are looking forward to most is the
announcement of the iPhone 7. Unfortunately, nothing is expected to be made
public until fall, unless Apple changes its stripes, of course.
So what more do we know about the new, not
highly-anticipated iPhone 6? It is being called the SE and is expected to be
priced a little under $500. If we were to describe its features, it’s basically
going to be an iPhone 6 trapped into and iPhone 5’s body. It is expected to be
powered by the A9 Processor like the 6S, and could be an alternative to anyone
who wants to switch from their current phablets, without waiting for the iPhone
7. We’d be surprised if there are a lot of those, to be honest. But this might
be a more wallet-friendly, less-cool alternative.
