Last week on Thursday, Apple officially launched its new Twitter account which went live 8AM ET. The account has been ideally designed by the company to offer Apple customer service tech support. Interestingly, the company started responding to customers' requests for Apple help within 20 minutes of its official launching. The Twitter account has already received questions about Apple IDs, Music, and smart quotes with the “curly” quotation marks. Apple is also tweeting out smart tips on how to use Apple products to bring the best out of them. Usually, the Twitter account seems like a pretty standard customer service account.

Before launching the official twitter account, the company was largely ignoring its central presence on all popular social media channels. Now, Apple has also jumped in the fray of offering customer support via twitter in 140 characters or less. Like a growing number of companies, Apple allows its global customers to send a tweet to @AppleSupport. Once a tweet reaches to an Apple Advisor, he or she will typically respond the tweet with a befitted reply with a generic message. This message requests the user to induce more details on Apple products and the issues they are currently facing with their machines via a Direct Message. http://mac-technical-support.com
