And I love the social media tie in via Facebook as a means to increase Likes. Good idea for sure. Warm fuzzy I received this FUT Coins email from Princess Cruises with the personalized subject line "Happy Holidays, Responsys!" I love the fact that they did not try to sell me anything in this email.
And yes, I did click on the snow globe as the email suggests. I was taken to a landing page: And I "grabbed" the globe and got a holiday wish that anyone would want: Warm and fuzzy - part two Another well-wishing email is this from Grainger. Again no sales pitch, just warm wishes.

Look what Southwest Airlines is doing, they're putting me, the customer front and center. What a novel concept.
