An overview of the latest launch by Samsung mobiles: Samsung Galaxy A5
Samsung, the
biggest player in the mobile manufacture and retail business has launched a new
series of smart phone, Galaxy A series that consist of A3, A5 and A7 models of
mobile phone. These new variants were unveiled to the public in December 2015.
Features of
Samsung Galaxy A5 phone are listed out for greater clarity:
· The Highly improved display screens: Galaxy A5 featured a 4.7 inch screen when it was first released. The screen size was revised and increased to 5.2 inch in the second generation.
· Better resolution of screen: A5 first generation phones were equipped with High definition resolution of 720X1280 pixels that has been enhanced in the second-generation Galaxy A5 smart phones to 1080X1920. The better resolution with bigger screens takes video viewing experience to a whole new level.
· Faster processors and better UI experience – Samsung mobiles have very innovatively extended the processor speed in the A series of the brand. A5 initially had a quad-core processor with the processing speed 1.2 GHz this was in turn enhanced to 1.6 GHz quad core processor to make the UI even smoother.
· Extended RAM storage – The RAM for A5 mobile phone model of the latest series from Samsung is noted to be 2GB. Better RAM ensure better functioning of applications without getting stuck while working. It offers a fine multi tasking experience.
· Camera resolution and the enhanced optics: Galaxy A-series phones have been integrated with optical image stabilization feature for its smart phone range. These phones capture stable, sharp images and videos. They have handsets with 13 megapixel rear camera resolution and 5 megapixel front cameras with fine-quality video calling facility and makes it a perfect selfie phone.
· Latest Android version - The Samsung galaxy A5 phones were released with the 4.4v android operating system, Kit-Kat in the first generation launch. After the advent of Android 5.1 the series is re-launched with upgraded android Lollypop that is upgradable further to Marshmallow however it has not been confirmed by the company officially.
· Longer battery life: Android phones are in general assumed to have a very small battery life be it because of heavy processes it carries our or the multiple applications that run simultaneously. The new series of Galaxy A5 has been designed to tackle this problem and provide longer battery life.
