ALEXA WI-FI SETUP
Let me help you with Alexa Set up with a few simple steps:
Firstly take the power cable and plug in the echo. Soon you would see a light ring on your device i.e blue ring. After a couple of minutes, this blue ring turns into orange.
You need Alexa App. You can get it from IOS and Android.
Soon you would hear a female voice assistant asking you to sign in with your Amazon credentials i.e Amazon account and password. Hope you remember the credentials.
Now connect the app to your echo device. Also, connect your echo to wi-fi. In the starting when you begin setting up the Amazon echo you need to click on connect to wi-fi. You would see an orange ring that appears on your screen
Close Alexa app now. You need to click on settings>wi-fi. You need to look into the available networks i.e. Wi-Fi name starting with Amazon. Select the desired network. Now your phone gets connected to Amazon echo.
Now connect your device to the main Wi-Fi network. Enter the Wi-Fi password. Now you would be connected to Amazon echo.

RESTART YOUR ROUTER AND MODEM
Before you blame Alexa, you need to restart your router and modem. You need to reboot both of the devices i.e router and modem and then again try to connect Alexa to wifi.
RESTART YOUR ALEXA DEVICE
You have restarted your router and modem! Now try restarting the Alexa enabled device once so as to fix this connectivity issue.
CONFIRM WI-FI PASSWORD
You need to be sure that your wi-fi password is correct. It may be possible that you are entering an incorrect wi-fi password. If it is correct even then it shows an incorrect password there might be some other issue. Try to connect a different device with the same network and use the same password that you were using on your Alexa device. If you see the wi-fi network and still you are not able to connect, there might be a possibility that your password is incorrect.
MOVE YOUR DEVICE CLOSER TO ROUTER
Your router may be too away from the Alexa device. Make sure that your Alexa enabled device is within the range of the router so that they can connect.
