2015 New Honda Models-

Including The CBR1000RR With Repsol Honda Racing Colors

Honda celebrated the racing success of its factory MotoGP team with the November 4, 2014 of new 2015 motorcycle and side-by-side models. The CBR1000RR and CBR1000RR SP sport bikes will be offered with distinctive Repsol Honda racing colors in honor of the manufacturer’s capstone accomplishments in the past two racing seasons. Adventure touring, cruising, dual sport, and off-road models were introduced, along with the established Pioneer 700 and 700-4 and scooters.

“Honda has a long record of success on the racetrack, and we’re proud to recognize the company’s latest accomplishments with a special edition of the CBR1000RR,” said Lee Edmunds, Manager of Motorcycle Marketing Communications at American Honda. “The CBR super sport series has achieved a myriad of accomplishments in its own right, so we’re happy to offer the liter bike in the Repsol Honda colors of our World Championship Winning MotoGP team.”

Honda dominated the 2014 MotoGP racing season, obtaining the Rider and Manufacturer Titles for the second consecutive year. Marc Marquez scored a record-tying 12 victories during the 2014 racing season, and acquired his second Rider Title four rounds prematurely at Honda’s home race. Honda earned its 21st Premier Class Manufacturer Championship Title and 63rd Manufacturer Title across all three classes, declaring new marks for the manufacturer.

In observance of the victorious season, Honda has constructed a distinctive Repsol Honda racing color edition and championship badge emblem for the fuel tank, which will be available for the CBR1000RR SP and CBR 1000RR. The limited editions may also include No. 93 and No. 26 number-plate graphics for owners to customize their bikes and show support for Marc Marquez, or his teammate Dani Pedrosa.
