Air India Express Commences Direct Flights from Vijayawada to Mumbai

Air India Express – India’s first international low cost carrier launched the non-stop services between Vijayawada and Mumbai. As announced, Air India Express inaugurated direct flights between Vijayawada and Mumbai on 19^th January 2018. The airline will operate direct Vijayawada Mumbai flights on every Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

The Air India Express flight IX 213 departed from Vijayawada Airport at 10.30 AM, carrying 98 passengers to Mumbai. The flight landed at Mumbai International Airport at 12.10 PM while the return flight to Vijayawada departed at 8 AM and arrived at 9.45 AM.

Passengers traveling to Gulf and western countries can take advantage of Mumbai direct flight schedule since thousands of passengers traveling to these countries from Mumbai. Also, a number of corporate people, students, travelers, and traders will be benefitted with the launch of Mumbai direct flights. So far these passengers are traveling to Hyderabad and boarding flight to Mumbai. Henceforth, this service will save their precious time.

Air India is further planning to expand its services to Gulf countries after immigration works are finished in the Vijayawada Airport.

Air India Express has started connecting Madurai and Singapore from September 2017.
The airline has commenced 3 weekly flights between Coimbatore and Singapore from November 2017.
Air India Express started Delhi Coimbatore flights from November 2017.
The airline began 4 weekly direct flights between Delhi and Madurai from September 2017.
