Tele Check-In

Passengers can tele check-in for domestic flights in case they plan to carry only a hand baggage in a confirmed seat.  Nevertheless, they have to report at least 30 minutes before the departure at the tele check-in counter. For Executive Class or frequent flyer programme members, they can contact the tele check-in number or call center number for checking in at any of the six metros, Delhi, Mumbai, Calcutta, Chennai, Bangalore & Hyderabad.

Web Check-In

Passengers who have booked Air India ticket online can opt for web based check in at their convenience at home or office. They are privileged to choose their seat, print the boarding pass and report directly for the security check. In case you are carrying a baggage, you have to deposit the same at least one hour before the departure of the flight.

Advance Check-In

It is meant for those passengers flying from Mumbai to Europe/USA. They can check in on the same day until 0800 hrs next day at the airport in Mumbai or at the Air India Building in Nariman Point.

City Check-In

For those passengers carrying just hand-baggage and have confirmed seat can check in for domestic flights at the airline’s city office on the same day or next day’s flight. Nonetheless, this is permitted only up to two hours and only at the six metros.
