Affordable Housing in Delhi Smart Cities under Master Plan for Delhi 2021

Out of modifications made to Master Plan 2021 came into being the Delhi Land Pooling Policy. The policy is unlike any other regular changes made to Delhi’s real estate and infrastructure plans. It is rather a vision to develop wholesome residential, commercial, and public infrastructure for the foreseeable future in the city. Hence, on the one hand, it encourages farmers and landowners to pool their land for development.
