An aeronautical engineer is one of the professions that requires a lot of hard work, passion and dedication.

Aeronautical Engineer Job Duties

Aeronautical Engineer’s role and responsibilities are as per the job profile are listed below:

Design Engineer: With the help of commercially available software, design engineers work with a team to design the aircraft and its components.

Higher Education Lecturer: Lecturer teaches students at higher education institutions such as colleges and universities. They educate the students in the class through their notes on the subject.

Maintenance Engineer: The maintenance engineer is responsible for the inspection, testing and maintenance of the aircraft and its components. It is their responsibility to ensure that the aircraft operates smoothly and reliably.

Thermal Design Engineer: Thermal Design Engineers are the engineering division that imposes thermodynamics on the design of technologies and products. Thermodynamics is a physical science that studies the relationships between heat, work, temperature and energy.

Manufacturing Systems Engineer: Manufacturing systems engineers are responsible for a product from start to finish. They focus on the whole process related to the manufacture of the product.

Engineer: The engineer ensures a safe environment by carrying out inspections, prioritizing maintenance work and repairing components.

Flight Technicians: These engineers diagnose the aircraft's mechanical and electrical systems. Their responsibilities are to fix the problem or replace the defective parts using hand or power tools.

Automotive Engineer: Automotive engineers are involved in the design, manufacture, development, test, distribution, marketing, sales and after-sales service of aircraft and its components.

Control and Instrumentation Engineer: Control and instrumentation engineers ensure that aircraft components operate safely and efficiently.

Product Designer: They keep an eye on the product design from start to finish. They also implement new and innovative ideas in projects according to market needs.

Aircraft Manufacturing Manager: Aircraft Manufacturing Managers are responsible for the technical management, supervision and control of the manufacturing processes of aircraft and their components.

Quality manager: The responsibility of the quality manager is to check before delivery whether the product meets the quality standards.
