AEEE 2017 Admit Card Download Procedure Here

AEEE Admit Card will be made available soon after successful slot booking is done by the applicants from 1 April, 2017. Candidates who are appearing for the pen and paper based examination will have to download the admit card. The ones who are appearing for the online test will have to book the slots before downloading the admit card. Candidates will not be given entry into the examination hall in case it is not carried.

Admit Card 2017 AEEE Exam is available form 1st April 2017 on the website and download procedure is available on below link. And exam will be held on 20-23 April 2017.

Also, applicants who have not booked the slots will not be able to download the admit card.

• STEPS TO DOWNLOAD AEEE 2017 ADMIT CARD-

• For candidates appearing for pen and paper basted test-

• Visit the official website of the university.

• Click on the link regarding the admit card and log in using application number and date of birth.

• Cross-check the details mentioned on the admit card.

• Take a print out of the admit card on an A-4 sized sheet and ensure that it is properly visible.

• For candidates appearing for computer based test-

• The slot booking will begin from the 1^st week of April tentatively.

• Candidates are required to login using the application number and date of birth.

• After logging in successfully, the date of exam and address of the examination centre can be selected by the candidate.

• Cross-check the details mentioned in the admit card.

• Download the admit card and print it on an A-4 size sheet.

• INFORMATION CONTAINED IN AEEE ADMIT CARD-

• Name of the applicant

• Registration number

• Date, time and venue of examination

• Address of candidate

• Photograph and signature of candidate

• DOCUMENTS TO BE CARRIED ALONG WITH ADMIT CARD AEEE 2017-

• A photocopy of passport

• A photocopy of aadhaar card

• A photocopy of voter ID card

• A photocopy of the ID card issued by the school studied in last by the candidate

• A photocopy of driving license (learner license will not be issued)

• A photocopy of any other document which can prove the identity of the candidate

• IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS RELATED TO AEEE 2017 ADMIT CARD-

• Entry will not be given to the candidates who fail to carry their admit card.

• The admit card should be in proper condition. If the admit card is found to be spoiled or damaged, the candidate will be disqualified.

• Candidates should carry a black ball point pen, HB pencils, sharpeners and an eraser to the examination hall.

• If any candidate shows up 30 min after the examination begins, he will not be given entry under any circumstances.

• If the candidates are unable to download the admit card under any circumstances, Amrita university must be contacted at info@amrita.edu.

• The candidate must be able to produce the admit card whenever asked by the invigilator.

• The signature on the attendance sheet must match the one on the application form. Left thumb impression too will be taken on the attendance sheet.
