This allows the situational leaders to motivate all employees in a way that fulfill their needs and provide everyone with a better chance to reach a positive result.

It increases awareness.

Situational leaders should be on their toes if they are going to be successful. If there is a bad morning for an employee, their capacity for stress will be diminished. Situational leaders can adopt an effective approach that helps workers to stay productive.
