Advantages Of A Couple Wearing Glasses

What are the advantages of a couple wearing glasses? For me, I like the look of it. I am an avid reader so I can see how reading can enhance the senses. In this case I think it works really well.

I was at the store the other day and I saw a couple wearing glasses walking arm in arm. I suppose that is what passes for love these days, isn't it? It has been a while since I saw any couple that was that into each other, but that is what I saw.

Anyway, they were talking about something and the other mentioned that she was going to get a pair of sunglasses. I stopped them and asked them if they minded if I bought them a pair. They said sure. I went and got them, then they handed me the number to their shop. It turns out they were going to get a pair as well.

So, I turned around and told them where I could find the glasses for them. They thanked me and then just smiled and turned around again. You could almost feel the heat rising on them and you could tell they were looking at me wondering if I was going to try to steal the thunder from their newly found friend. But I didn't.

I had already bought my own pair of frames. I am always able to find a good pair of glasses in a variety of frames, not just the traditional oval or some other shape. So, I stepped over their heads and they went on talking. When they finished they gave me a little compliment and then I excused myself. Then I went and purchased a pair of my own.

While that is one story in a collection of many, I will save it for another day. In the meantime, I decided to have a look at what I had and I noticed there were two designs on the same set of glasses. The first was a very simple design that matched exactly the frame of my pair of glasses. The other design was much better. It was a design that had several different sections to it looked to me to have a fancier look to it than the other guy's pair did. So, while he was still wearing his pair of glasses I decided to give this guy a gift and I got him a pair of designer glasses.
