The personal item should be small in size and fit properly in the overhead bin

flights, passengers with checked baggage must check- in 30 minutes and with
checked baggage must check-in 45 minutes before departure.

international flights, passengers with or without checked baggage must check-in
at least 60 minutes before departure.
