Here are the lists of errors that are related to compatibility are as follows:
1. The property value that generally contains one or more characters and are incompatible while accessing the web: the control names and table field cannot contain characters that are accepted by the Access client. It should not be more than 64 characters and should not contain any of the following: / \ : * ? “” < > | # <TAB> { } % ~ & period (.), square brackets ([]), exclamation point (!), begin with an equal sign (=) or leading space.
2. In order to make it compatible with the Web allow the Zero Length property and the required property has to be set as ‘true’: You can even set both the Allow Zero Length and the required property of a field to “yes”.
3. The value of property has to be clear or you can even set it as “auto” to make it compatible with the web: The error that is referred to subdatasheets that are allowed in the list of SharePoint. For correcting it, you have to set the property of Subdatasheet Name of the table to [Auto] or [None]. You check the properties of the Link Child Fields and Link Master Fields, which has to be kept empty.
4. The Calculated Column expression that is incompatible with the Web, like AutoNumber, Memo, Hyperlink, Binary or Lookup. It won’t be legacy system if you calculate columns in a new Access 2010. And while doing so, you would require the following types of data such as Currency, Text, Number, Date/Time, Yes/No.
5. The list of columns data type of the value list lookups in ‘Text’ should be compatible with web: if you are using the list of Value for a lookup field that are required to be filled with Text values. For better solution, you have to create the list of reference that is needed to fill the list.
