#3: Russia (Sochi) - Khachapuri

Khachapuri is a kind of bread made with lots of yeast in Sochi, Russia. It is usually sprinkled on top with sulguni, a type of salty cheese. It tastes like the best, grilled sandwich that you have ever had in your life. Many a time they are served all by themselves. Sometimes, a salad may accompany the dish.

Oden is the quintessential Japanese comfort food. It is a soup that is made with fish cakes, tofu, vegetables, eggs, and meat. Any oden is classified as good when it has a good flavour imparted by a wide range of ingredients that are added. The restaurant versions would be better than the convenience store ones. #5: Turkey - Incir Dolmasi

If you have a sweet tooth, this is one dish that you should not miss. It works well as a snack in the afternoon times as well. This is a dry fig that is stuffed with walnut and then poached with sugar syrup that is laced with cinnamon.

#6: Italy (Le Marche) - Vincisgrassi

This is a specialized version of the popular Italian lasagne. It has numerous ingredients to be combined to get the final best version. Vincisgrassi has about 12 layers of pasta stuffed with Parma ham, lamb sweetbreads, wild mushroom, truffles, chicken livers, and Parmesan cheese, among others. Le Marche is a picturesque town in the central part of Italy and Vincisgrassi is it's a signature dish.
