Sapna Choudhary is a Haryanbi dancer from Haryana in India. She is best known for her impressive dance skills and has choreographed for major Indian musical and dance shows. This talented artist started studying ballet at the age of six but in fact, she was not interested in that particular genre. Instead, she focused on various forms of martial arts and started practicing Bikram yoga after completing secondary school.

Choudhary has choreographed for some of India's most popular dance shows such as the Republic Day parade and New Year's Eve bash. She choreographed the entire affair in pink lehenga and saree. The dance performance was viewed around the world and was admired by Indians and people from other countries. Her dancing talent made her stand out among other dancers.

When asked about her dance routines, Choudhary reveals that most of her choreography is inspired by traditional songs. She has used traditional music and written lyrics to write the songs. She tries to make the songs as authentic as possible. Her dance routine has the same rhythm and spirit as the original dance routine. Her dancing moves are graceful. Her choreography includes a lot of leaping and gymnastic movements.

Most of her choreographed works have featured major artistes from Hindi cinema.

Sapna Choudhary first started choreographing dance while completing her degree in Engineering from Ruparel University in Mumbai, India in 1976. She was involved in the film industry in the initial years, but her major career break was as a choreographer. She has choreographed for Bollywood films as well as Hollywood blockbusters.
