An intimate infusion of high end fashion, adult contemporary music and liberated comedy. Originally, created by XIG to provide support to the emerging Urban Fashion “revolution” in New York City, the Fashion Lounge rapidly became known as the premiere networking event for aspiring and established buyers, editors, models, designers, stylists, photographers, boutiques, celebs, breakthrough artists, comedians and more; creating unprecedented opportunities for those in attendance.

For over 20 years, XIG has produced entertainment, consumer, and business to business fashion events for aspiring and established fashion organizations in NYC and abroad such as Sportswear USA & International, Harris Publications, MTV, VH1, BET, Playboy, and Essence resulting to XIG becoming a reputable resource in the fashion and entertainment industry.

“When we first started, we were just trying to create an environment where those of us with a fervor for fashion could thrive and flourish. We had no idea it would emerge into somewhat of an incubator, but it has. Many lucrative deals have been struck at our events, we are hoping to duplicate that here in Atlanta.” states Shawn as he discusses his company’s plans for expanding their monthly mixer to the city known for its Southern hospitality, opportunity, and hot looks. “We are so excited about our first show” says Shawn. “We have an exceptional lineup of breakout designers, stylists, models and entertainment. It’s a full frontal fashion showcase that merges Victoria’s Secret Fashion Runway with Def Comedy Jam and Soul Train.”
