A look at the different kinds of Fogging Machines?

The arrival of the COVID-19 epidemic was confidently a shock. The world wasn’t ready for this epidemic. We needed a mindful plan to effectively remove an organism that is believed to be on the threshold of life.

It would be an underestimation if we don’t identify the COVID-19 weapons. Right from the ventilators that prohibited the entry of the coronavirus to the hand sanitizers which slew the pathogens in the nonappearance of soap & water are highly regarded. What about antiseptic fogging machines available with Fogger Machine Dealers?

However, one COVID-19 weapon didn’t gain much mainstream admiration. It must be looked upon as a fact that many COVID-19 weapons before the epidemic were rarely used in our daily life.

Fogging machines or also recognized as fogger machines are very extensively used in multiple businesses like farming, healthcare, industrial & production, pest control, pollution control, and entertainment too! We need to recognize the role of fogging machines during the epidemic & in the post-pandemic time.

What is a Fogger Machine?

A fogging machine or a fogger machine (also recognized as a fog machine) is a piece of equipment that is accomplished by adapting fluid (chemical) into dense mist or gas for odor control, pollution control, insect control, disinfection, and many more. The fluid that is about to be rehabilitated into mist or vapor is called fog juice.

What is the use of Fog Juice?

Fog juice is a combination of two fluids. Both fluids typically play an equally important role in attaining the effects that are expected. To help attain the vaporization of the fog juice, one of the liquids must willingly get rehabilitated into the vapor phase, while the other plays a foremost role in the job intended to be attained.

Glycerin and water (preferably purified) syndicate to form a fog juice, typically used in Halloween parties & for other performing purposes. For fumigation, one of the fluids used must be antiseptic, while in insect control, instead insecticide is used.

How does the Fogger Machine function?

The rudimentary working principle of a fogging machine is changing the fog juice (fluid) into a gas (or fog) by the application of either heat or pressure. Now, founded on whether the adaptation takes place by heat or by pressure helps us to categorize the fogger machines.

Kinds of Fogging Machines:

Approximately, the two kinds of fogger machines supplied by Fogger Machine Dealers are thermal fogging machines & cold fogger machines. Thermal fogger machines use the application of warmth to change the fog juice into thick fog. While cold fogger machines use the application of pressure to form the gas.

Thermal Fogging Machines: -

In the thermal fogging machines, the heat produced is used to change the fog juice into dense fog. How is the warmth produced? They can be produced either by the scorching of fuel or by providing electricity.

There is a fallacy that thermal fogging machines directly produce dense fog. It forms a hot vaporized fog juice that then comes into interaction with the atmosphere. The temperature alteration between the two units is the reason for the creation of fog.

The fog juice stowed in the storage tanks is sent by the pump construction to the heating assembly. The heating construction is a part of the fogger machine where the fog juice is animated to high temperatures and then pushed out to the atmosphere from the spout.

Thermal fogging machines are extensively used for fumigation, pest control & odor control. They have played a vigorous role in the removal of Malaria, Dengue, and other mosquito-related illnesses. Even today, thermal fogging machines are extensively used in leech control.

Benefits of Thermal Fogging Machines:-

1. They can be used in both inside & outside applications. (Though not optional for indoor requests)

2. They effort with both water-based & oil-based mist juices. (Mostly used for oil-based mist juices)

3. They are more well-organized than any other kind of fogging machine.

4. They produce thick & noticeable fog. (This can be a condition in firm applications)

Cold Fogging Machines:-

Cold fogging machines use air pressure to change fog juice into gas. They typically run on electricity. There are cold fogging machines that are rechargeable which makes them wireless while they are being consumed.

ULV Fogging Machines are a kind of fogging machine that produces gas droplets of the size between 1 μm to 50 μm. ULV stands for Ultra Low Volume, representing the low quantity of fog juice required for the fogging machine. They are extensively used in pest control, spraying herbicides, fumigation & purification.

During the epidemic & even the post-pandemic stage, cold fogger machines, particularly the ULV fogging machines played a major role in fumigation, surface cleansing & sanitation.

Benefits of Cold Fogging Machines:-

1. They can be expended in both inside & outdoor applications, but typically they are used for indoor applications.

2. They effort with both water-based & oil-based mist juices. (Typically used for water-based mist juices)

3. They are one of the most inexpensive fogging machines found with Fogger Machine Dealers in India.

4. They produce imperceptible mist & can reach hard-to-reach spaces effectively.

5. They are regularly silent with very little sound produced.

6. They are obtainable in compressed sizes.
