by Kristen White Blogger
Most people sleep on their back, belly, and sideways by nature or because of a different situation. It may be the best position to have some shut-eye, so a woman may prefer sleeping sideways since she is pregnant, and others sleep facing up to relax their back.

However, when you buy bed mattress in UAE, how you sleep will change. You can buy the best mattress in UAE if you have back pain or a neck that is aggravated. Also, sleeping uncomfortably can make lungs to obstruct, resulting in conditions such as obstructive sleep apnea. The brain can also get affected causing toxic waste to filter out slowly.

Sleeping on the Stomach
The standard position many people prefer sleeping is on top of their stomach since it stops snoring. This position may cause medical problems.
