Many researchers say that consumption of oil can cause acne and can make the skin itchy. So, if you are having skin issues like rough and itchy skin you need to check your dairy consumptions. It could also cause eczema which are the red blisters which appear on your skin. While not using dairy products is not a proper solution for this so you need to go for a proper skin treatment.
