The Following are WILCO Products: 

 

1. EV Battery Thermal Management Materials: 

 

  • Thermo-Guardian Sheet: Designed to prevent thermal runaway in EV battery packs, the special flame-retardant coating offers superior heat and electrical insulation, keeping the opposite surface below 300°C under fire conditions. It has a heat resistance of 1000°C (continuous) and 1200°C (peak) and is certified UL-94 V-0 with a dielectric strength of 8.0 kV/mm. 

  • C2C (Cell-to-Cell) Pad: Installed between battery cells, this solution enables thermal balancing and safety through efficient lateral heat dissipation. It features strong insulation, flame resistance, and electrical protection, while its slim structure enhances internal pack space utilization. Additionally, it provides vibration and impact resistance and is currently under development. 

 

2. RF Laminates 

 

  • WCTS Series: The WCTS Series is a high-frequency laminate suitable for power amplifiers, communication devices, computers, and phased-array antennas. It features a low dielectric constant of 3.1, a low loss of 0.003 at 10 GHz, and a low vertical CTE, enhancing reliability while being cost-effective. 

  • WCTS-HTC Series: The WCTS-HTC Series is engineered for high-power RF applications, featuring enhanced thermal conductivity of 2.1 W/m·K while maintaining a low dielectric constant and loss. It also offers strong structural stability with a low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE). 

 

3. Boron Nitride (BN) Materials 

 

  • WABN Series: Agglomerated BN enhances vertical and horizontal heat transfer, making it suitable for thermal interface materials, adhesives, 5G technology, and electric vehicle motor housings. 

  • WSBN Series: The WSBN Series features spherical boron nitride (BN) that provides uniform thermal conductivity, enhanced strength, and optimized processability for adhesives and copper-clad laminates (CCL). 

  • WFBN Series: The WFBN Series features a plate-type boron nitride (BN) known for its outstanding horizontal thermal performance exceeding 400 W/m·K, making it ideal for applications in molding, extrusion, and high-dissipation circuit carrier layers (CCL). 

 

4. Thermally Conductive Paste: Thermally conductive pastes are available in BN-only, BN-graphite, and graphite-only formulations, offering high insulation, strong adhesion, and excellent coatability. With a thermal conductivity of ≥5 W/m·K, they are ideal for electric vehicle thermal interface materials (TIMs), heat-sink primers, and insulating adhesives.
