At Threading Peace, we combined two art forms into a healing practice that’s unique and nourishes the mind, body and spirit. 


The Art of Beading-equal parts craft and mindful practice, begins the process of intentionally slowing down and focusing while creating and expressing. Picking your colours, laying out your patterns, and stringing each bead allows for a meditative flow. This meditative flow allows the mind to quiet, reduces the feeling of anxiety, and produces a restful state, which for many surpass the feeling of calm. You may find it satisfying as a softer kind of therapy, a way to ease emotions, express your intentions, or simply enjoy the moment without exists distractions.

Each class and the beading opportunities we create, guide you step-by-step to create your beaded piece of work, representing an affirmation bracelet, a prayer mala or an energetic necklace. The beads are meaningful and hold personal significance.
