Mr. Harish Arora and Mrs. Rani Arora established the Sai Group of Institutions in the year 2003 as the Sai Institute of Paramedical and Allied Sciences. The institution soon emerged among the top paramedical colleges in Dehradun and Uttarakhand and provided courses in physiotherapy (BPT and MPT), medical laboratory technology (MLT), allied sciences, and healthcare.
