by Priti Das Marketing Executive
The scorching heat of summer is already here. Due to the heat, almost half of the plants die and dry out. To prevent the condition you must need to water the plants at the right time.

But how much and how often you should water your plants? Continue reading to get some helpful tips on how to water your plants.

1. Keep The Quality & Quantity On Check:

Is the water right for your plants?

Providing the right quality of water is important for your plants. Make sure your plastic water storage tank provides fresh water, which is crucial for plants. Also, the right amount of water is required for your plants to reach the water to its roots. A little amount of water will only cover the upper portion of the plant and may not reach the bottom (roots).

2. Water For Two Times:

Water your plants two times in a day. In the early morning and the evening. Two-time watering can allow the plants to supply sufficient water amongst them before the next day comes.

3. Do Not Water The Leaves:

Keep the leaves dry. Because if you water the leaves, there is a chance the leaves will get diseased and you can notice sunburn marks all over the leaves.

4. Keep The Plants In The Shade:

Keep the plants in the shade or invest in a shade cloth if possible. Direct sunlight can damage the plants and dry out quickly.

5. Avoid Waterlogging:

Waterlogging restrains the air from breathing the roots. This way the root cells can easily drown without oxygen.

6. Use Quality Soil:

Plant quality soil for your plants, which is rich in clay minerals, and hold much water in the soil.

7. Water The Plants In Small Doses:

Water your plants in small doses. Using a hosepipe can damage soil as well as the plant. Instead, use a water bucket, or water sprinklers to water your plants.

8. Distribute The Water:

Watering only at the root point can lead to one-sided root growth. But if you cover the whole area or water around the plant, it will help your plant to absorb more nutrient from the soil and grow faster.

Follow these steps while watering your plants, Make sure you installed a quality plastic water tank, which will provide fresh water within the optimum temperature, which will be beneficial for your plants.
