8 Different Types Of Brownies

To make brownies, follow these steps:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat a 9-by-13-inch baking dish (or another pan as specified) with cooking spray. Line the pan with cling film, leaving an overhang, and coat with much more cooking spray for easy cleaning. Bake until a toothpick placed into the centre comes out almost clean, about 30 minutes. Set aside to cool on a rack before cutting into squares.

1: Choco Swirl Brownies: In a mixing bowl, combine 1 3/4 cups flour, 2 tbsp. cocoa powder, and 1 tsp each salt and bicarbonate of soda. In a large pan, add 2 sticks of butter, 2 1/2 cups of brown sugar, and 1 cup water to a boil. Remove from the heat and whisk in 6 ounces sliced unsweetened chocolate; set aside to cool slightly. 5 eggs, one at a moment, and 2 tsp vanilla extract whisked in. Incorporate the flour mixture. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, depending on the size of the pan.

2: Hazelnut Brownies: Prepare Cakey Brownies (No. 1) as directed on the package, folding in 1 1/4 cup coarsely diced hazelnuts.

3: German Chocolate Brownies: Prepare Cakey Brownies (No. 1) and set them aside to cool. Finish with a layer of German chocolate frosting: In a pan over medium heat, combine 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tbsp. water and simmer until amber, about 4 minutes. 1 cup coconut milk and 1 tbsp. corn syrup, whisked in; cook for 4 minutes, whisking constantly. Cool after whisking in 1/2 stick butter, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and a bit of salt. 1 cup cut into small pieces toasted pecans, 1 cup shredded coconut, as well as 1/2 cup chopped chocolate.

4: Make Cakey Brownies (No. 1) and cool before making Black and White Brownies. Cream cheese frosting on top: ½ cup cream cheese, 1/2 stick butter, 1 1/2 cups powdered gelatine sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla are combined in a mixing bowl.

5: Mocha Brownies: Prepare Cakey Brownies (No. 1) and set them aside to cool. Mocha frosting on top: 1 tsp quick espresso, 1 tbsp. water, 1 stick butter, and 1 1/4 cups powdered gelatine' sugar Garnish with shaved chocolate.

6: Red Velvet Brownies: In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, and 1 tsp each salt and bicarbonate of soda. In a hot pan, introduce 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar, 1 stick butter, and 2/3 cup water to a boil. Remove from the heat and gently stir in 2 ounces sliced unsweetened chocolate; set aside to cool slightly. Stir in 3 eggs, each at a time, 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract, and 2 tsp red food colouring, one at a time. Incorporate the flour mix. Spread the mixture in the pan; bake for 25 to 30 minutes, then cool. Cream cheese icing on top (No. 4).

7: Make Cakey Brownies for Diner Brownies (No. 1). Chocolate icing on top: 1 stick butter, 1 1/4 cups powdered gelatine sugar, 3 tbsp. cocoa powder, 2 tbsp. milk, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

8: Black Forest Brownies: Prepare Cakey Brownies (No. 1) as directed on the package, folding in 1/2 cup each black cherry blends and sliced maraschino cherries.
