He may also commit fraud by failing to disclose facts if he knows the client is unaware of the facts, and he tries to induce the client into taking some action by concealing the facts.
Lost documents and paperwork, errors and other administrative issues are common reasons clients sue lawyer. You will have a lot to prove in order to win your case. For intentional tort cases, you have to prove that the lawyer intended to cause harm or damage.
