5 Types of Practical Automotive Courses

by Robert Keith AUTOMOTIVE DIAGNOSTIC & TRAINING SERVICE

A car has to be treated carefully to resolve its issues, hence the mechanics ought to know about the solving methods. For the mechanics to learn better and be acquainted with the software and tools, they ought to enrol themselves in practical automotive courses. The four types of courses are perfect to boost their knowledge.

i. ABS/ESP BRAKING SYSTEMS

ABS / ESP BRAKING SYSTEMS

Antilock braking systems are the modern automotive diagnostic procedure. The budding mechanics learn about diagnosing faults within the antilock braking system. They learn the process to use a diagnostic data reader as well as an automotive multimeter. Every enrolling candidate can lean comfortably, and gain knowledge from modern instructional aids from the workshops and classrooms. In this course, they basically learn about system structure, health and safety, live data and testing sensors and actuators.

ii. Diesel Engine Management

DIESEL ENGINE MANAGEMENT

Diesel engine management system is crucial in the automotive field, and the budding mechanics learn about the base and principles related to modern diesel engine management. Starting from the foundation, the mechanics can develop a better understanding of why does diesel engine management systems function as they do.  This course introduces them to effective fault-finding, repair, and diagnosis using the diagnostic data reader, inductive amp - clamp and automotive mustimeter. Along with health and safety and live data, the course consists of topics like fast none start tests, effective systems fault finding, auxiliary systems, fast tests, actuators, sensors, and system build.

iii. Basic Diagnostics

BASIC DIAGNOSTICS

Through procedural approaches, the budding enrolled mechanics learn about the steps of how modern management systems are dealt with. Next, they are taught the method to faulty code interpretation, and how these are linked to the actuators, live data, sensors. This course even teaches them to perform functional tests on designated associated actuators and sensors. The prime subject matter of the course is OBD2, EOBD2, EOBD, actuators, DTC, P/B/C/U, and freeze-frame data. Health and safety, live data and effective system fault finding remain constant.

iv. SRS Supplementary Restraint Systems

SRS SUPPLEMENTARY RESTRAINT SYSTEMS

Modern supplementary restraint systems are taught along with the method to use the automotive multi-meter and diagnostic data reader to diagnose fault within airbag systems and SRS. The main topics covered under this course are system structure, health and safety, testing actuators and sensors, live data, fast test, and effective system fault finding.

v. Launch PRO and PRO 3S

LAUNCH PRO & PRO 3S

The mechanics will learn about the launch pro series regarding basic fault code reading theory and the steps to verify the faulty codes. Likewise, they will learn to interpret the data and what can they expect from it, engine management basic s like Petrol Diesel and Diesel used in the common rail, airbags, and abs. Even mechanics will learn about the usefulness of the EOBD tool and the Launch Pro in exact details and in practical.

Along with all these five courses included in practical automotive training, the mechanics are even given training on bespoke workshop training. On enrolling in the course,  the mechanics can upgrade their skills and take the best lessons on automotive.
