5 tips to reduce weight without dieting, fasting, or exercising

This is a modern age in which we are living. The trend to look slim, tall and healthy has made people mad about fitness. Everyone is approaching different methods for an attractive personality. In the market, numerous supplements, diet plans, and exercising tools are available to attract people. 

In the market, we have separate exercising tools to focus on each body part. We can take the example of leg extension machines also. These machines are designed to shape up and strengthen our legs, knees, and hips. Exercising is also a good habit. But in some cases, poor guidance or improper operation of the exercising machines leaves extremely bad effects on our bones and muscles. Serious injuries lead us to long bed rests which again becomes a reason for weight gain, discomfort, and pain.

In gyms, there are trained guides who teach the practitioners how to operate the machines safely. Fitness equipment manufacturers also design human-friendly machines and equipment for safer practice. So the hard-working people with a strict schedule following habit may approach to the gym to achieve a fit and attractive body. But what about people like me, lazy with a tight schedule. I don’t get time from my schedule for a walk or exercise. I am not carrying for a fatty personality but I was very upset due to my tummy fat a few months back. Now my flat tummy allows me to wear whatever I want and look gorgeous. I did not practice any exercise, any gyms, yoga, no fasting at all.  A small change in my eating habits makes it possible for me to get a flat tummy without extra fatigue or expense. 

I would love to share those 5 tips which I have applied in my eating habits to get a flat and firm belly:

  1. Warm water to drink: If you are looking for the extraordinary look of your, legs and hips then the use of leg extension or leg press machine will be good for you. But the people who are only motivated to burn their extra body fat can apply this formula. Warm water helps our body to burn belly fat. The regular intake of warm water doesn’t allow the fat to store. It is also helpful in quick removal of wastes from our body.

  2. Rich water intake: Drink lots of water in a day and make it a regular habit. Water is the source that helps your digestive system, kidney and more to perform without interruption. 

  3. No flavored and sweet beverages: Flavoured soft drinks are made of extra sweetness and the calorie amount supports weight gain. If you are really looking for weight loss then avoiding beverages is a must.

  4. Small portions: Our brain sends signals that we had sufficient food for the time being. The brain needs some time to understand that and send signals. In between eating many extra bites may lead you to have overeaten. Always serve a small portion of plates for you. Also, chew slowly and for a longer duration so your brain will get time to understand and send a signal on time.

  5. No electronic distraction:  Electronic distraction such as watching mobile phones or TV becomes the reason of overeating. So, avoid electronic distractions during your meal.

The use of rich protein and fibre contents also supports weight loss or fat burn. Apply the tips mentioned above and see the changes in you.
