Italian cuisine has its roots in Greek, Roman and Arabic cuisines. These peoples settled at some point in history in Italy, and from there they forged a gastronomic culture that has spread throughout the world. When we talk about Italian food, we are talking about a wide history and of course its added value that resides in the mixture and its cultural fusion.

The main ingredients are products directly obtained from nature, such as oil, which reduces cardiovascular risk. Fresh vegetables and fruits, which promote intestinal transit due to their amount of fiber, and which, thanks to their great vitamin content, help maintain optimal health levels. And in case there was any doubt, according to nutritionists, the Mediterranean diet "improves hope and quality of life due to its natural supply of nutrients."


4 - Promotes intellectual and physical performance

It is known that the brain needs glucose to function, because it is its main source of supply. Glucose is present in carbohydrates, and therefore in pasta. It is a fast and healthy way to obtain slowly absorbed nutrients so that the brain functions at optimal nutritional levels.
